ARRIVAL OF THE AVERAGE COMMISSIONER
In case the car got to a road accident, arrival of the average commissioner can be organized on your demand. The service is provided within administrative borders of the cities of the Russian Federation where an authorized Jeep® dealer is located, and also within 250 km from borders of these cities.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ON A BREAKAGE OR ROAD ACCIDENT SITE
- Fuel supply (fuel cost is paid by you);
- Spare wheel installation / wheel repair (expendables are paid by you);
- The car doors release (in the presence of registration documents);
- The car engine start from the external source when the battery is discharged.
CAR RECOVERY TO A DEALER CENTER
Services on the car recovery to the authorized Jeep® dealer center are provided if malfunction of the car can't be eliminated on a breakage site. Thus the car is towed to the closest authorized Jeep® dealer center.
SAFE CUSTODY OF THE CAR
The service is provided if the car has to be recovered in dealers' off hours. Thus the car is delivered to the authorized dealer center at the earliest working day. The maximum duration of the safe custody – 2 days.
